Your original file stays in your browser
The CSV or JSON is read locally so you can confirm the fields. We do not upload or store the original file. Unselected fields, including step inputs and outputs, are not sent to the server.
Do not enter passwords, API keys, customer details or other unnecessary sensitive information into workflow labels or context notes.
What is sent when you save a report
The selected run IDs, workflow identifiers and labels, timestamps, normalized statuses, and any confirmed task counts are sent for analysis. We also receive your selected concern, business-critical workflow choices, context note, report name and a browser-generated file fingerprint.
The stored report contains aggregate results, a limited set of reference run IDs, your context and any human-review notes. The complete mapped run list is not stored after the request. No external AI service is used.
Private access and deletion
This version is an owner-only pilot. Reports belong to the signed-in user and cannot be opened by guessing another report’s URL. Payment and email delivery are not active.
Online access expires 30 days after creation. Expired records are removed from the live database when the report store is next used. This pilot does not yet guarantee deletion at exactly 30 days or deletion from provider-managed backups. You can delete a live report immediately using its Delete report control.
Downloaded HTML reports are your own copies; deleting an online report does not remove downloaded copies. Close or refresh the intake page to discard any selected file data from its application state.
Before commercial launch
AI Ready Pro must verify real export formats, scheduled data deletion and backup handling, customer access, reviewer permissions, payment and email delivery before accepting paid customer uploads. This page describes the current pilot; it does not replace the final commercial privacy notice.
